With the present day atmosphere of Banks shying away from extending credit facilities to importers/exporters, it becomes imperative for the corporates to look around for other form of financing. THE SALIENT FEATURES OF THE SPECIAL FUNDING ARRANGEMENTS:

Commercial transactions as well as projects can approach for financing. Every project will be discussed on individual basis and decided accordingly.
Interest rate is spread between 2% to 7.5% and not connected to LIBOR.
Period of loan can be upto 10 years while 4 years is taken as ideal.
Loan amount 5 million to 500 million euro
Loans are provided both on non-recourse and recourse model. Obviously the interest rate for the recourse model is the lowest say 2%.
LTV Loan to Value Ratio otherwise called the margin of security ranges from 45% to 80% of assets created.
Disbursements will be fastest - ranging from 7 days to 14 days after the signing of documents.

For projects disbursements will be made in 12 instalments in 12 months. 40% in 30 days and remaining 60% in remaining 11 months
Necessary application form is enclosed along with the certificate of accreditations
